When to call VM06: Call when you need point-in-time gas units and recent execution-fee context before signing or submitting an Ethereum or Base transaction. Not transaction execution, signing, wallet/custody, trading, approval, simulation-as-guarantee, or financial advice.
VM06 limits: calldata max 8192 bytes; request body max 20480 bytes.

When to call VM07: Call when you need webpage change detection, URL change, page freshness, documentation monitoring, pricing-page monitoring, or policy-page monitoring of one public HTTPS page. Not continuous monitoring, alerts, webhooks, semantic importance detection, AI summaries, or site-wide crawling.
VM07 caller workflow: Caller stores the baseline outside AM and resubmits it later. AM is not a scheduler and does not store customer history. Fingerprints are not exact historical text diffs. Incomplete/truncated evidence is not UNCHANGED. Optional VM01 follow-on is a separate paid call and may see a newer page.
