It does not connect a wallet, sign, trade, approve a transaction, or give investment advice.

Agents often need to know whether public wallet/portfolio evidence is complete enough to reason about a contemplated next action. This machine reads native ETH and unknown ERC-20 balances on Ethereum and Base, joins DexScreener pair observations, reports AM-owned classifications, and adds a deterministic readiness object. It is not a complete net-worth product, not all markets, not a yield or risk score, and not transaction approval.
