This machine estimates the supplied unsigned facts and reports a bounded fee-history sample. Analysis chain does not change the payment chain: payment remains Base USDC via x402.

Optional from, data (0x even-length hex, default 0x, max 8192 bytes), and value_wei (unsigned base-10 integer string, default 0). Request body max 20480 bytes. Nonce, gas controls, access lists, state overrides, keys, signatures, and arbitrary RPC URLs are rejected before payment.
